Veranstaltungsbedingungen

Es gelten für Veranstaltungen die nachfolgenden Bedingungen:

  1. Beim Einlass findet unter Umständen eine Sicherheitskontrolle statt. Der Ordnungsdienst ist angewiesen, Leibesvisitationen vorzunehmen. Das Recht, den Einlass aus wichtigem Grund (gegen Rückerstattung des Preises der Eintrittskarte) zu verwehren, bleibt uns vorbehalten.

  2. Die Hausordnung der jeweiligen Veranstaltungsstätte und die Hinweise der Ordnungskräfte sind zu beachten. Das Betreten des Bühnenbereiches und das Besteigen von Absperrungen ist untersagt. Bei Zuwiderhandlungen kann auf Anordnung von uns eine Verweisung vom Veranstaltungsortes erfolgen.

  3. Wir hafteten nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit unserer gesetzlichen Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen sowie für Schäden der Teilnehmer aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit, die auf einer Pflichtverletzung beruhen, die wir, gesetzliche Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen zu vertreten haben.

  4. Wir haften ansonsten bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung der Kunde regelmäßig vertrauen darf. Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt auch für unsere Erfüllungsgehilfen.Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

  5. Bei Konzerten besteht aufgrund der Lautstärke die Gefahr von Hör- und Gesundheitsschäden. Es sind daher unbedingt Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu treffen. Wir übernehmen diesbezüglich keinerlei Haftung, sondern raten bei Bedenken vom Besuch der Veranstaltung ab.

Event conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to events:

  1. A security check may take place at the entrance. The security service is instructed to carry out body searches. We reserve the right to refuse admission for good cause (against refund of the ticket price).
  2. The house rules of the respective venue and the instructions of the security staff must be observed. Entering the stage area and climbing barriers is prohibited. In the event of infringements, we may order the exhibitor to leave the venue.
  3. We are only liable for intent and gross negligence of our legal representatives or vicarious agents as well as for damages of the participants resulting from injury to life, body or health, which are based on a breach of duty for which we, legal representatives or vicarious agents are responsible.
  4. Otherwise, we shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the customer may regularly rely on. This limitation of liability also applies to our vicarious agents.Otherwise, liability is excluded.
  5. At concerts there is a risk of hearing and health damage due to the volume. It is therefore essential to take safety precautions. We cannot accept any liability in this regard, but advise you not to attend the event if you have any concerns.
